Oat Ale with pumpkin puree, Dark Matter coffee, milk sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin spices
We took a holistic approach to bringing the flavors of a pumpkin spice latte to a beer. We started with a malt base that features creamy oats, and added pounds and pounds of pumpkin puree to the mash. Then we added milk sugar, vanilla, and coffee from Dark Matter Coffee.
To bring it all together, we added a blend of high quality baking spices (clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg) sourced from Epic Spices.
