2021 Vintage- Nearly 50-year-old Pinotage vines are fermented and aged in a combination of open top concrete, older barrel and stainless steel. The cool climate Bot River allows for a crunchy and quenching medium-bodied, fresh and smooth Pinotage with notes of red berries.
