German-style Dunkel: Dark brown in color with notes of toasted bread crust.

German-style Schwarzbier: Black in color with a more focused roasted coffee/chocolate profile but lighter and cleaner than a stout.

German-style Bock: Strong lager. Can be pale or dark

German-style Doppelbock: Even stronger lager. Can be pale but typically dark.

German-style Eisbock: Strongest of the Bocks. Typically sweet and warming.
