Full and Part Time hourly paid positions available.
Night & Weekend Shift Position:
The ideal candidate for this position possesses a passion for wine, beer, and spirits, and is available to work nights, weekends, and select holidays. Prior wine, beer, or spirits industry experience is preferred but not required. This position is ideal for anyone looking to get a foot in the door and grow within our industry.
This is a general employee position that will require the following:
- Positive customer service-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Multi-task and perform general tasks associated with the upkeep of a retail store.
- Lift and/or move weight capacities of up to 50lbs.
- Standing/walking for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer proficiency including word processing, data entry, and point-of-sale operation.
- Perform tasks associated with closing the store, including but not limited to basic math skills, responsible handling of money, and being comfortable working solo.
Other Considerations:
- BASSET Certification. Possessing this industry standard certification is not required to be hired but will be required to obtain once hired.
- Social media savvy a plus
- Willing to perform tasting/sampling activities for in-store events.
