Lager

Lagers are a broad grouping of styles defined by the way in which they're fermented. Lager yeasts ferment slow and under cooler temperatures resulting in very little yeast-driven flavors. This produces a beer with focused malt and hop character and a clean finish. Lagers run the entire spectrum of color and strength.
