We actually quite enjoy drinking these types of beers into the fall, so we figured we'd release it in the first week of October... so like 2-4 months after most folks. We brewed this beer with Weyermann Malt & spunded for natural carbonation as an homage to the endlessly gulpable biers you'll find at the tents in Munich during Oktoberfest festivities.
