Domaine Marcel Deiss Riesling Alsace

2020 Vintage- This wine comes from two different Marcel Deiss vineyards: Beblenheim with its limestone soil and St Hippolyte with its granite soil. This diversity of terroir gives us a complex, aromatic wine with a very nice balance. The wine undergoes a slow fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is then aged on lees for a year. It is then bottled. A true reference in the Alsatian vineyard, Marcel Deiss very committed and has obtained Ecocert certification since 2017 as well as Demeter certification. Its aim is to put the Plant, the Soil and the Winemaker back in balance between them.
