Non Vintage- ‘L'Échappée Belle’ comes from clay-limestone soils, predominantly premier cru, in the Cote des Blancs region of Champagne. Wine ages on its lees for 7 months before bottling, followed by 36 months in bottle. Low dosage, intricate, and an absolute pleasure to drink.
