Made from 90% classic G4 Blanco and 10% fiber-fermented tequila, this expression harnesses the extraordinary sweetness and depth of 8-year-old Blue Weber agave, similar to the notable "XM" release.
Crafted at El Pandillo with the same rigorous standards; stone-oven cooking, mechanical tahona crushing, 50/50 spring and rainwater, open-air fermentation, and double copper-pot distillation; this tequila is agave-first, and distinctly G4. The small fiber-fermentation portion layers in extra complexity: deeper vegetal notes, textural interest, and intrigue atop the lush, mature-agave sweetness.
