Notes of ripe black cherries, cassis, tobacco and leather come through on the palate of this big-structured, full-bodied wine. This iconic wine pairs beautifully with Italian or French pot roasts, filet mignon or aged cuts of beef.
Delicate tobacco and spice notes form an aromatic thread through this layered red, with chewy tannins unwinding through flavors of dried cherry and currant. A tarry, minerally accent lingers on the sculpted finish. Aglianico and Piedirosso. Drink now through 2025.
