This whiskey derives its name from the grain its made from, Centennial Wheat. This heirloom spring soft white varietal is grown for us by the Cody family in the San Luis Valley. It is also the first Colorado-made wheat whiskey to meet the standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897.
