American Wild Ale | 7.5% abv
This award-winning mixed-culture farmhouse ale began its journey in French oak barrels for 4 months before 800 pounds of fresh Oregon-grown Hollywood and Yummy Beaut plums were added. After an additional 6 months of maturation, the barrels were blended with a touch of our oak-aged spontaneous beer and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation.
