A new breed triple-sipper cranked to maximum overdrive. This Imperial TIPA, lovingly deemed "Ol' Drippy" is the result of one of the most complex and intricate hopping schedules we have ever brewed.
Embellished with Simcoe, CTZ, Centennial, Amarillo, and Mosaic on the hot side to pry every ounce of nectarous lupulin we could extract, expect BIG hop-saturated flavors of heavy resin, ripe citrus juice, and BIG dank. Then, just before whirlpooling, we added several pounds of rich Geteme Blossom honey straight from Ethiopia to round out body and accentuate sweetness with notes of summer melon, rhubarb, and deep herbal rose. Each psychedelic can contains 16 fluid ounces of high gravity, yet deeply drinkable IPA that just waiting to be savored.
