The best of all the worlds - crispy, creamy and hoppy. We took a base of premium German malt and packed it with creamy flaked and malted oats to amplify the body, but still kept it crushable. We let it ferment with German lager yeast, resulting in a 5.5% ABV, then lightly dry hopped it with German Saphir hops while conditioning.
