American Style Porter | 7.5% abv
We took our Buckley grainbill, removed all the darkest malts, but kept the base mostly unchanged. We then boiled the thing for about 6 hours (just like our normal Buckley) then fermented it cold and lagered it for nearly 2 months. The result is a nearly perfect German Style Doppelbock that we could not be more proud of. A beer deserving of the pup on the label.
