2023 Vintage- Blend: 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Zinfandel, 10% Petite Sirah Certi cation: CCOF Organic Appellation: Paso Robles Harvest: August 29th - September 21st, 2023 Vini cation: Native fermented in a mix of concrete and stainless steel. 10% whole cluster. Individual lots pressed based on taste and barreled down to a selection of new (5%) and neutral 225 and 500 liter barrels. Aged for 18 months.
Tasting Notes: Aromatics - Dark cherry and dried game with pain d’épice, cranberry jam and sa ron. Wild boar with violet and caramelized red onion. Palate Impression - Rich and bold, a kaleidoscope of mountain berry compote & fresh purple g. wine. Balanced by ample freshness and grippy tannins. Long and hedonistic. Oak Impression - Slight.
