Watezrshed is now a central piece of Columbus and showcases a full range of spirits but their bourbons have become the focus of the operation. Using a traditionally inspired mash bill of 71% corn, 22% rye, and 7% malted barley, Watershed have made themselves one of the best up and coming distilleries in the Midwest by refining their practices and sticking to their original focus of making fantastic spirits.
