Master Distiller's Rob's tasting notes:
Nose: Caramel crème candies and vanilla pudding predominantly, with baked apple and pecan pie.
Palate: Nice viscosity. Grain is more present on the palate with walnuts, corn oil, and toasted oak.
Finish: Lingers pleasantly. Like eating macaroons standing in a corn field.
It's been worth the wait!!
