This "high" rye (75% rye) for those of you who prefer your whiskey with a bit of a spice. We grow and distill a very particular strain of rye that gives has a very soft white pepper finish. When complimented with the vanilla and butterscotch notes that come from the corn, it’s no wonder it was named the 2019 “Best Whiskey of the State” in IL at the Heartland Spirits Competition.
