3 Fonteinen Aardbei 750ml

5.5% ABV 21/06/2022 | For this first ever fully organic 3 Fonteinen lambik, we macerated organic Pajottenland spring strawberries from 2022 on organic lambikken brewed by us. The maceration happened on a French oak ex-Bordeaux barrel. The lambikken were brewed with cereals from our own Cereal Collective, and sourced from farmers within 20 kilometres around the brewery. The final fruit proportion is 400 grams of strawberries per litre of finished Aardbei. This is a small batch bottling.
