All Arette's tequila has followed traditional methods to this day and is made from blue agaves off their own estate and water from the nearby volcanic springs. The Arette Gran Clase Extra Añejo being a longer-matured spirit at a minimum of 4 years, you can expect a particularly rich as well as smooth tequila with prominent cooked agave aromas accompanied by spicy oak notes as well as fresh fruit and roses. There is even more fruit and sweetness on the palate with grapes and peaches, as well as some licorice and aniseed, culminating in a particularly long and warming finish. The Orendain family strives for putting quality before quantity, meaning each bottle is numbered.
