We decided to call this flavor Spearmint, instead of just plain mint, because of the ingredients we use.
Real, grown-in-the-earth plants are used to make liquor, so this isn’t a generic mint but rather actual spearmint. And you’ll know it, too, because the front palate flavor is mild with a strong finish, just like spearmint.
The spearmint is grown outside of Bellingham WA USA and harvested each year from early April until late October.
It makes an easy mojito or mint julep. Keep in mind though that little goes a long way. The mint is quite potent.
