Buck Shack Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon

2023 Vintage, Aging Cabernet Sauvignon in bourbon barrels highlights the wine’s natural ripe fruit flavors, while softening the tannins and creating a well-aged balance. 2023 was an amazing year! Early spring rains soaked the vines, continuing into early summer with three times the usual rainfall. This cooler, late-ripening vintage allowed for longer hang times, resulting in the darkest reds and intense whites we've seen in years. Look out for vintage 2023 - it's going to be one for the books.
