2013 Vintage- The 2013 Cuvee Alexandre Merlot is an intense dark purple color. On the nose, it offers complex and intense aromas of raspberries, blueberries, dark plums and notes of cacao. On the palate, this wine is very round with juicy tannins, balanced acidity, and a very persistent finish. Great for pairing with meats and well seasoned dishes with a red wine demi-glace such as short ribs and angus beef.
