Undertone is our Farmhouse ale brewed with oats. We added the oats to create a unique beer to our line up. The addition of oats brings our a lovely and intense citrus flavor not found in any of our other blends. We then added fresh, whole apricots to our oat base beer creating a harmonious blend unlike any other.
