Cavalier Bartolomeo Langhe Nebbiolo Trassa

2022 Vintage, 100% Nebbiolo, Ruby red with narrow arches. Intense, vinous and fresh. Floral and fruity hints reminiscent of fresh fruit with a slight note of wild rose. Rightly tannic, soft and fresh. Pleasant, full-bodied with a persistent aftertaste. maceration for about 8 - 10 days in temperature-controlled barrels. Aging in tonneau (500 liters) for 6 months with the following bottle aging.
