2018 Vintage- The 2018 Syrah En Cerise Vineyard is another stunning bottling by Cayuse Vineyards and vigneron Christophe Baron. On the stunning nose, black currants, cured meats, allspice and mandarin orange rind all meld in the glass. The pure dark fruits are accompanied by iodine, umami, white pepper and green olive tapenade and beautiful freshness. The vibrant sense of minerality really shines through.
