This slightly sparkling rosé wine is 100% made from Gamay. This wine has been made according to the Ancestral Method. It shows delightful aromas and flavours of red fruits like raspberry. Indeed, it is a really greedy and fruity wine. However, it remains very light because of its low level of alcohol (only 10.5%vol). The vines are planted on steep slopes with a great sunlight exposure to help the grapes ripen well. During the winemaking, a low temperature is maintained in order to have only a slight level of sweetness. To conclude this comment, the winemaker created this wine in the memory of his mother Suzanne who liked fresh grapes and juice of Gamay so much.
