This year, our brewer Lily wrote a recipe for an incredibly flavorful, crushable hazy IPA. Strata is the key player - presenting very tropical and strawberry forward with Simcoe and Idaho 7 alongside with more citrus and fruity aromas. This vibrant hop bill is supported by a light and fluffy grain bill featuring oats and wheat.
