The first release in a series of new farmhouse ales, Willow Wisp is a Farmhouse Wheat Ale fermented with a unique Norwegian / Belgian saison yeast strain from our friends at Escarpment Labs in Ontario. Then utilizing Michigan grown Willow Creek hops, this wheat ale has notes of orange citrus, bubblegum and orchard fruit with very minimal spice and clove. Truly unique in its fruit forward complexity.
