German Pils | 4.8% abv

Using 100% Bavarian grown grains and hops. Our own "Steffi" varietal 2-Row barley grown by local farmers and malted locally. Massively hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh (from our friend Stefan Stanglmair), Hallertauer Select, Hallertauer Hersbrucker, and Tettnanger. We used two yeast strains and conditioned for more than 6 weeks, to make this classic particularly unique. Super fresh, super hoppy and super crushable!
