Mexican-style Amber Lager | 5.2% abv
In collaboration with our G5 members, we wanted to come up with an easy-drinking fall-like beer. Our members settled on a corn adjunct beer and the best fit for that style was a Vienna style with 20% flaked corn. This lager has sat patiently for 8-weeks to provide a beautiful copper color with a taste to match, a nice dry finish with a perceived sweetness from the corn that begs you to come back from another.
