Collaboration with Afterthought
Built on a foundation of Sugar Creek Wind Malt and triticale. Wind Malt uses atraditional Belgian method for making malt where the barley is dried by the sun and wind after it is germinated rather than by artificial heating methods. The resulting malt is beautifully unique and has a much more grassy character compared to conventionally kilned malts. The beer has notes of freshly cut grass, peaches, cucumber, musknelon, JuicyFruit gum, white pepper, and wet hay.
