NV- Pale straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage in appearance. Intensely fruity on the nose with evident notes of ripe golden apple. Pleasant and elegant the floral note reminiscent of acacia flowers. Fresh, slightly sweet on the palate, soft on a savory base with a pleasantly fruity and harmonious finish.
It is an excellent aperitif. It can accompany fish marinated with delicate aromatic herbs and first courses based on spontaneous herbs.
