2019 Vintage- This outstanding Rosso is made from a selection of vineyards from the farm’s different altitudes, and is a picture-perfect representation of the estate. Fermentation lasts for 15 days in steel, and spends eight months in large oak botti.
It is light, fragrant and full of joy! There are notes of crushed raspberry, fresh flower and pink pepper on the nose. There is a succulent tang of Sangiovese on the palate, framed by spices and a chalky grip of tannins, with a pinch of sweetness.
