2017 Vintage- Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a delicate nose with hints of fresh fruit and white flowers, citrus and bitter almond notes that are enriched by complexity and ageing. Dry and full bodied on the palate, the wine is pleasant, fully integrated, sophisticated and refined. La Toledana Gavi di Gavi can be served as an aperitif, as well as an accompaniment to the best fish dishes, spaghetti and pasta with light sauces, white meats, and goat cheeses.
