2024 Vintage- La Manina, a vibrant white wine from biodynamic cultivation in the Dolomites region of Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy, featuring Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. The 2024 vintage was characterised by sunny days, cool mountain nights and healthy grapes with a pronounced aroma. After being harvested by hand, it ferments at controlled temperatures in stainless steel. It is then aged on fine lees for a few months to promote texture and structure.
Brilliant straw yellow with a green rim. The aromas unfold with fine citrus depth, yellow apple, lime and a hint of white flowers and hay. The wine is harmonious on the palate: lively acidity, juicy fruit, mineral clarity and an elegant final with a slightly salty aftertaste.
