2022 Vintage, Epic is a natural wine crafted by Meinklang, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This sparkling wine is made with Welschriesling, Muscat and Grüner Veltliner grapes., and is actually not a Pet Nat, but a sparkling wine made with the Charmont method, often found in Prosecco. This method pushes carbonated gas into the still wine, making it bubbly. This is cheaper and less risky than making a pet nat.
