Since the first time I ever tried them, I had loved Galaxy hops! These hard to get Australian hops offered up punchy passionfruit, juicy peach, and tangy citrus notes that were unmatched.
So with that in mind, we created Spacebar back in 2017. This Double Dry-Hopped Double IPA was crafted exclusively with Galaxy hops and it was a delicious! Unfortunately, Galaxy hops took a turn for the worse for a few years and did not live up to the quality we had grown to love. Thankfully, the newest Galaxy crops are incredible!
So we were able to get our hands on some of these amazing Galaxy hops recently, and we brewed up a fresh batch of Spacebar. This beer is out of this world!
