2021 Vintage- 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has youthful and aromatic scents of flowers, hay and melon on the nose. On the palate, bright, crisp flavors of ruby red grapefruit and citrus give way to a subtle herbal expression. This versatile style of Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with anything. Our objective with Nuevo Mundo is to implement the most environmentally friendly practices possible from vineyard to consumer. We have proactively reduced greenhouse gas emissions and increased water efficiency, while creating a wine with a distinct expression of origin. The remaining emissions have been neutralized and reduced to zero. As such, Nuevo Mundo represents the first Carbon Neutral and Organic wine in South America.
