American Lager | 5% abv
One of our favorite lagers - one that doesn't fall into just one category of lager, & transcends perimeters, making it perfect for the in-between of winter & spring. Brewed with a blend of European barley malts, and a single noble hop varietal & then fermented with a classic European lager strain for a crisp, but old-world flavor profile. This one spent six weeks in our horizontally lagering tanks at near-freezing temperatures to let everything come together. Enjoy notes of toast and honey with a dryness reminiscent of crackers, with just a touch with a subtle herbal spice and wood character from the hops.
