Saxum Terry Hoage Vineyard Red Blend

2018 Vintage- It brings me great sorrow to say that this is the last Terry Hoage we will offer. Alas Terry had to pull out our magical blocks and replant them due to a nasty virus. (Yes, vines get them too and no it wasn't Covid.) At least we are going out with a bang here. The '18 THV was brought up in half amphora and half large barrels. We wanted to preserve the essence of what makes the THV so unique. It's always such a distinct wine in our line up. I'd say it is more open for business in its youth, with a unique profile that always veers toward the Bay Leaf and watermelon side of the spectrum, super soft tannins and a long red fruit finish. I need to stop talking about this wine because I'm getting sad about the end of the line. The Hoages are the nicest people ever to work with. Buy their wines if you don't already. I have nothing but respect for them.
