Yahara Bay Distillers was founded by Nick Quint in 2007 who, at age 61, came out of retirement to do something he loved and support the local Madison, Wisconsin community. He prides himself in using local, all-natural ingredients. Yahara Bay is also involved with imports, and private labels some other brands. They are scheduled to open an expanded 20,000 square foot facility in 2016 in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.
