2019 Vintage, Bottles of Pétillant are stored away from light in the galleries of their cellar under the tuffeau. Their choice for optimum taste quality is to keep these vintages on lattes for at least three years. This allows the aromas to slowly refine and offer a distinctive character to the Sparkling Wines of Domaine Huet.
