Produced in the traditional method with second fermentation in the bottle this wine has aromas of citrus, green apple, and a touch of mango, yeast, and fresh butter. The palate is fresh and has good acidity, persistence with a complex finish, and bitter touch. 50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon Blanc.
