Hazy IPA | 7.5% abv
Citra, Riwaka, Cryo Riwaka
For this one we started with a ridiculous base that is majority wheat malt that only G5 had the guts to lauter on their system. It gets a hefty dose of Citra, Riwaka, and Riwaka Cryo hops on the cold side, along with a couple others in the background we can't tell you about?. Strong notes of fruity citrus with undertones of mango, lychee, and passionfruit from a new yeast combo that ties it all together with a tropical cabana side that others dare not try!
