Hoppy saison brewed with Riwaka hops and bottle conditioned with brettanomyces
Taxonomy Anomaly is hoppy saison that fuses new-world-hype-hop flavors with traditional belgian techniques and fermentation flavors. It’s brewed with raw spelt and Riwaka hops from New Zealand which yield aromas of overripe peaches, Alphonso mango, blanched almonds, dehydrated grapefruit, lemon thyme, and just a slight suggestion of hoppy dankness. The finish is very dry with a firm, quenching bitterness and hints of blue raspberry cotton candy.
