2020 Vintage- Estate Albariño vines are handpicked in small baskets and then fermented in stainless steel. A couple of months aging on fine lees provides roundness. This wine highlights the citrus aromas and flavors so typical of this varietal, bright acidity and a touch of effervescence on the palate. Fresh lemon and lime zest balanced by the saline of the ocean mists, aromas and flavors of stone fruits, green apple and melon.
