This is what happens when Saint Errant brewing spends too much time around us and we decide to combine our three most loved barrel aged stout bases (Buckley, Junie, and No Cake), using all of their many adjuncts (Coffee, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Graham Cracker, Caramel, Cocoa Nibs, Marshmallow, lactose sugar) and a few extra for good measure (peanuts and toasted coconut) and age them in Weller Whiskey and BLIS Maple Bourbon Barrels for over 2 years.
